Supporting Oversight, Not Replacing Judgment
The goal is not to automate decisions or replace human judgment, but to give those responsible for oversight and management a clearer view of the landscape they are working in. That includes the ability to spot patterns that may deserve attention and to follow how changes in policy or practice show up over time.
Better Conversations
When participants share a more consistent foundation for understanding what is happening, the conversations between agencies, plans, providers, and other stakeholders can become more productive. PIM Health aims to support that by making it easier to frame discussions around a shared view of the facts, while still allowing different perspectives on what those facts mean.
